Accomplishments include provision of first ever contract dedicated fire brigade at Millstone Station; implementation of penetration seal programs at 3 plants, including a major repair effort at Maine Yankee. Also, creation of design basis documents, 50.54f reviews, code compliance reports, support for QA(GL 82-21) and NRC audits, root cause evaluations, and general staff augmentation. We have specialized in the provision of databases for tracking of: penetration seals, surveillance scheduling, industrial accident trending, and action items; and provided project management and project engineering for fire protection system modifications at several plants. Have also served as project managers for fire protection system installations at operating plants and modifications for decommissioned plants.
