Bill
Sullivan is currently working at The Nine Mile Point Nuclear
Station, LLC, Owego, NY

Bill Sullivan:
President Of Contingency Management Associates, Inc.
Bill received his
Bachelors Degree at the University of Notre Dame and his MBA at
Babson College in 1992.
Bill was first e mployed at Industrial
Risk Insurers just after finishing at Notre Dame in 1977.Three years
later Bill started working for American Nuclear Insurers, where he
stayed until 1985 as a Senior Engineer. When his children were young
he took a permanent job at Pilgrim Station as Senior Fire Protection
Engineer. After eight years he hired on as Vice President at
National Fire and Medical Services, Inc and stayed there for
approximately two years.
Bill's high ambitions lead him into
business in 1994 when Contingency Management Associates was
incorporated. Bill struggled for two years taking small contracts as
they came. The turning point for CMA was in 1996 when Millstone
Station awarded CMA with a fire brigade contract. From there CMA
expanded its customer base. A new project at Maine Yankee developed
involving upgrades and modifications which continue through the
eventual decommission. Bill has also been involved in the
decommissioning of Millstone1and Connecticut Yankee.
Bill Sullivan is now working at the
Pickering Power Plant in Pickering, Ontario. The work is associated
with installation of fire detection and suppression systems in the
4 Pickering A Units, as part of the return to service of these units

Brian
Gallant:
Vice President of Contingency Management Associates, Inc.
Mr. Brian J.
Gallant has as Associates Degree in Fire Science and Safety, a BS in
Management and an MA in Education. He spent 12 years in the fire
service, serving as Training Officer, Hazardous Material Officer,
Department Fire Investigator, and Shift Commander (Fire Lieutenant).
Gallant served as an instructor with the Massachusetts Firefighting
Academy’s Industrial Fire Training Program, specializing in marine
firefighting and nuclear firefighting. He was also the Director of
Fire Training for Barnstable County, MA.
Brian served as the
Emergency Management Director for the Town of Sandwich, and under
his regime, handled several major incidents. Among them included
two powerful hurricanes, a “no name” storm, and a barge accident in
the Cape Cod Canal area involving hazardous materials.
Brian was recruited from
the fire department to a large nuclear power facility and became a
Training Supervisor, responsible for fire, hazardous materials,
safety evaluation, and several other training programs. From the
nuclear industry, Gallant went to the California to become the
Regional Manager of a full service Environmental Consulting firm.
Gallant is currently Vice
President of Contingency Management Associates, Inc., and is
responsible for all environmental, health and safety training and
consulting activities for the MA based firm. He has serviced clients
worldwide.
Brian serves as an
Instructor at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, lecturing in the areas
of health and safety, OPA 90 training, STCW, Marina Management, and
several other courses.
He is a member of the
American Society Safety Engineers; a Certified Professional
Environmental Auditor in Environmental Compliance and Health and
Safety; an SFPE Member Grade; and a Certified Hazardous Materials
Manager (CHMM).

Safety Officer
Brian Gallant has spent 5 weeks supervising on the Alaska oil
spill. He will be hiring five Mass Maritime Academy Cadets for CMA.
They will start April 1, 2005.
Doreen Sullivan:
Office Manager Of Contingency Management Associates, Inc.
Doreen
graduated from Cape Cod Community College in 1977 and married Bill
Sullivan that same year. They moved to Cleveland, Ohio after Bill
started working for Industrial Risk Insurers. Doreen became a swing
manager for a local restaurant during 1978. In 1979 Advantage
Services hired Doreen as receptionist with duties that included
payroll, accounts receivable and payable. When Bill became a
employee of American Nuclear Insurers, Bill and Doreen bought a home
in Wareham, MA. Doreen went to work for Ocean Spray Cranberries as a
Jr. Accountant and continued her education at Bridgewater State
College graduating in1996. Doreen worked for Super Coups in Avon, MA
researching graphics in 1994. When Bill Sullivan received his first
contract as CMA in 1994, Doreen went to work for Contingency
Management Associates as an Officer, Clerk of
Corporation. Doreen runs most of the business functions of CMA:
payroll, taxes, insurance, and accounts payable and receivable.
